For all forms on our website (”forms”), including the survey and contact forms, we collect the data via a web application called Form Tools. This collects the form submission data, and then saves it in a database on our website. This information can only be seen by us, and is safely stored.

All communication between the client and ourselves is done via Electronic mail (”Email”). By sending an email, you are exposing the email address to us, and we will respond to the address which the email was sent from. The email messages are stored securely on a Google server.
